Motion Industrial Solutions is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to lead customer engagement and sales growth within an allocated territory. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on-site with customers, building trusted partnerships, and driving revenue performance.

About the Role

n

As the face of Motion for your target customers , you will:

n

n
- Build strong, productive relationships with key stakeholders
n
- Develop and execute customised account plans
n
- Drive customer retention and increase share of wallet
n
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across Motion's full product and service offering
n
- Lead territory sales initiatives and ensure sales budget targets are achieved
n
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams
n
- Monitor performance against quotas and implement corrective actions where required
n

n

You will spend most of your time with customers, supported by your Manager Customer Relationships and Branch Managers.

What You Bring

- Proven experience managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
- Experience in account strategy development and solution selling
n
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored customer solutions
n




- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse market trends and customer insights
n

Formal business or sales qualifications are beneficial but not essential .
