About the Role

n

Working closely with our Sales Executives, you'll play an integral role in managing equipment finance applications from initial quote through to settlement.

n

You'll liaise with clients, lenders and internal teams to ensure applications progress smoothly while providing exceptional service throughout the finance journey.

n

Depending on your experience, you'll also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members, assist with workflow management and contribute to the ongoing development of our Broker Support team.

n

Finance applications typically range from $20,000 through to $2 million+, supporting Australian businesses across a broad range of industries.

n

Your Responsibilities

n

You'll be responsible for:

n
- Preparing finance quotations
n
- Processing commercial equipment finance applications
n




- Preparing and submitting loan applications to our panel of lenders
n
- Negotiating approvals with lenders
n
- Managing applications from submission through to settlement
n
- Liaising with clients, lenders and internal stakeholders
n
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the finance process
n
- Maintaining accurate application and settlement records
n
- Supporting Sales Executives with day-to-day administration
n

For more experienced candidates, you'll also:

n
- Assist in coordinating Broker Support workflow
n
- Support team development and mentoring
n
- Help ensure service level agreements are achieved
n
- Act as a key link between Brokers and the Broker Support team
n
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
n
