Davey, one of Australia's most trusted names in water solutions, is looking for a motivated and commercially minded Territory Manager to join our Water team. Covering Southern NSW (Murray & Riverina) and Northern Victoria, you'll work with an established customer base while developing current opportunities across the agricultural, irrigation and water industries.

What You'll Be Doing

n

Managing and growing a portfolio of dealers and key customers

n

Building strong relationships across the agricultural and irrigation sectors

n

Identifying and securing new business opportunities throughout your territory

n

Delivering product training, support and technical advice

n

Executing sales and growth plans to achieve revenue targets

n

Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and CRM records

n

Representing Davey at field days, trade shows and industry events

n





Working closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience

n

What You'll Bring

n

Experience in Territory Management, Account Management, Sales or Business Development

n

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

n

A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work autonomously

n

Commercial awareness and a results-focused mindset

n

Experience within agriculture, irrigation, water solutions, pumps, rural merchandise or a related industry will be highly regarded

n

Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office

n
