We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cafe Manager to join our team at Otti Cafe in South Brisbane, QLD. As the Cafe Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bustling cafe, ensuring exceptional customer service and the smooth running of the business. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and coordinating the work of cafe staff, including baristas, servers, and kitchen staff

n

Ensuring high standards of customer service and efficient cafe operations

n

Managing inventory and stock levels, and placing orders as needed

n

Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner

n

Assisting with the development and implementation of cafe policies and procedures

n

Monitoring and reporting on cafe performance metrics

n

Providing training and development opportunities for cafe staff

n

Collaborating with the management team to drive continuous improvement

n

What we're looking for

n

Minimum 2 years of experience in a cafe or hospitality supervisory role

n

Solid leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills

n

Proficiency in cash handling, inventory management, and data analysis

n

Thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations

n

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
