Our client is a leading company in the Cold Storage and Distribution industry and is currently seeking experienced and reliable Storepersons / Forklift Operators to join their team for night shift operations.
n The location of work will be Pemulwuy or Smithfield, so flexibility to work at either site is required.

n

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment. You'll need to be confident operating High Reach & Double Deep Forklifts, particularly CROWN brand, and working in cold/freezer conditions (-28°C).

Shifts & Pay Rates:

n

Night Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
n $43.82 per hour + OT + Cold Allowance

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- High Reach & Double Deep Forklift operation (CROWN brand - Double Deep up to 9 bays high)
n
- Freezer work (-28°C setting)
n
- Picking and packing orders
n




- Replenishment and stock rotation
n
- Loading and unloading trucks
n
- Use of pallet wrapping machines and EPJs
n
- General warehousing and ad hoc duties
n

n

To be considered, you MUST:

n

n
- Hold a valid LF Forklift Licence
n
- Have High Reach Forklift experience (CROWN, Double Deep - minimum 12 months)
n
- Be confident operating 7-9 bays high racking
n
- Have 2+ years' experience in a similar role/industry
n
- Be physically fit (heavy lifting involved)
n
- Have own reliable transport
n
- Be punctual, reliable, and flexible with shift availability
n
- Freezer/cold room experience is highly regarded
n
- RF scanning experience preferred (not essential)
n

All shortlisted candidates must complete a Pre-Employment Medical, including a Drug and Alcohol Test, conducted by our on-site Occupational Nurse during the interview process.
