Our client, a growing leader in the Power Transmission and Bearings industry, is looking for an Internal Support Person to join their team in Arndell Park, NSW. This is a outstanding opportunity for a self-motivated individual with a keen interest in technical support, order processing, and customer service. The role is offered on a permanent basis, with training provided and excellent growth prospects within the business.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Processing orders and providing essential support to the external sales team.
n
- Delivering outstanding customer service to a growing client base.
n
- Generating quotes and supporting customers using a CRM system.
n
- Assisting with warehouse duties and occasional customer deliveries.
n




- Coordinating couriers and managing logistics for customer orders.
n

About You:

- Strong customer service focus with a self-starter mentality.
n
- Team-oriented with good written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Professional presentation with a valid C class driver's license (forklift license preferred but training can be provided).
n
- Mechanical or technical aptitude with an eye for detail.

- A genuine interest in building a career within the Power Transmission and Bearings industry.
