The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an up-and-coming Associate Adviser who is eager to elevate their practical experience in a well-reputed, well-resourced team. As part of the firm's strong growth, you will be a conduit between existing Advisers and the support teams. Based in Sydney's CBD in brand new offices, this role offers the chance to partner closely with advisers and be a key player in the client's advice journey.

The Role

- Support Senior Advisers with ongoing management of client affairs, including maintenance, strategy preparation, and progress reporting.
n
- Work in conjunction with Client Service Officers to tailor SOAs and ROAs for clients, reviewing final documents for quality.
n
- Attend client meetings alongside Advisers, for the purpose of your development and to build your knowledge across complex strategies

About you:

- Related degree, with clear progression toward FASEA-aligned qualifications
n
- Strong technical acumen, high attention to detail and proactive in approach
n
- Strategic in your thinking coupled with a commercial mindset
n
- Experience within a paraplanning, client service or other associate role preferred so that you can hit the ground running
n
- Have a solid understanding of tax, superannuation, retirement income streams, investments and financial products
n
- Be genuinely passionate and driven to succeed in this industry with impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
