This is a great Executive Assistant role supporting a General Manager within a large, operational business based in Sydney CBD.

The Role

n

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll deliver high-level executive support across diary, inbox, meetings and travel arrangements. You'll sit directly with the GM and be highly visible across the Sydney business.

n

This role suits an EA who is naturally organised, proactive and enjoys anticipating needs and keeping things moving smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Full EA support to the General Manager, including complex diary and inbox management
n
- Coordinating high volumes of internal and external meetings, including senior leadership and clients
n
- Domestic and international travel coordination
n
- Assisting with board papers, presentations and executive correspondence
n
- Supporting project and tender-related administration
n
- Managing expenses and reconciliations
n
- Managing priorities in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment
n
