Job Description

RACV Royal Pines Resort on the Gold Coast is seeking a dynamic Day Spa Manager to lead One Spa's luxury offering. You will drive guest satisfaction, coach a large team, and balance service excellence with robust commercial performance.

Reporting to Rooms Division, you will manage operations, rostering, training and guest relations, while upholding brand standards and safety. A Diploma in Beauty Therapy is essential, with a Working with Children Check required.
