TheInventory Controller will optimise operations through inventory and SAP systems based analysis and control, ensuring the highest level of inventory data integrity of product related information, evaluate and recommend changes to current and future system requirements to meet organisational needs within Logistics.

Ensure high levels of product availability, inventory and optimal customer service standards
n
Role model safety values and implement safety, health and environment policies and systems to embed safety into the culture and ways of working
n
Meet or exceed inventory level commitments for Logistics and own KPI monitoring/updates
n
Implement inventory control regimes and manage the cycle count/physical inventory process to assure accuracy
n
Provide relevant reporting and documentation on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
n
Support and maintain SAP stock management system for the site
n
Accurately manage stock control to deliver objectives and service level targets
n
Investigate all discrepancies and issues within pre-determined time frames
n
About you..
n
Extensive experience in an Inventory Controller role in an FMCG,
Manufacturing or Logistics/ Supply Chain operations
n
Sound understanding of SAP Manufacturing WM/MM and product / ingredient batch management
n
Solid planning and problem solving skills and ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
n
Advance user of MS Excel and ability to conduct detailed data analysis
n
Demonstrates logical thinking and effective problem solving approaches
n
Pro-actively seeks continuous improvements and operational efficiencies methods
n
Preferably an understanding of automation/ robotics
n
An understanding of SHE issues and Quality principles
n
Organisation skills and attention to detail
n
