We are currently seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join a well-established and safety focused manufacturing operation based in Acacia Ridge. This is a hands on role within a busy maintenance team, supporting the reliability and performance of a large industrial facility.

n

With plenty of overtime available, including weekends, afternoon shifts and night shifts, this role offers the opportunity to significantly increase your experience and weekly earnings.

n

About the Role

n

As a Maintenance Electrician, you will play a critical role in keeping plant equipment operating safely and efficiently. The position will involve a combination of reactive breakdown maintenance and planned preventative maintenance across a range of machinery and production equipment.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Fault finding and troubleshooting electrical issues
n
- Reactive maintenance on production and processing equipment
n
- Preventative maintenance programs and inspections
n
- Maintenance and repair of overhead cranes and associated systems
n
- Electrical testing and diagnostics
n
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
n




- Working collaboratively with production and maintenance teams
n
- Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with safety standards
n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Current Queensland Electrical Licence
n
- Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
n
- Robust fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
n
- Experience with PLC-controlled equipment highly regarded
n
- Exposure to overhead cranes and heavy industrial machinery advantageous
n
- Commitment to workplace safety
n
- Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime as required
n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
n
