Trainee or Experienced Swimming Pool Service Technician - Windsor, Brisbane

Rode Pool Services are a well established, family owned swimming pool service and supply company.

n

Ourbusinessincorporates three retail stores with our service area predominantly dedicated to the northern suburbs of Brisbane. We are looking to add to our infield service technician team.

Position Overview:-

n

Training provided: We have a structured training procedure that should see you working autonomously in six to eight weeks. Our training is ongoing throughout your employment.

n

Salary (For Trainee): Without industry experience your salary will commence at $60,000 per annum gross. Additional to the salary is superannuation, the ability, once trained, to earn commission and work overtime. Progression: After a six-month probation your salary will increase to $65,000 per annum gross plus superannuation.

Salary (For Experienced Technicians): If you have industry experience we will structure a salary based on your abilities.

n

RDO System
n We have established a RDO system whichprovides you with an additional eighteen days not working per year.Our RDO system sees you working a nine day fortnight for nine months of the year. As a fulltime employee you also have the obligatory twenty days of annual leave along with thirteen public holidays each year.

Your main responsibilities and duties will include:-

- Domestic swimming pool servicing
n
- Learning sales skills
n
- Fault finding & diagnosis
n
- Equipment removal and installation
n
- Assist with colleague training
n
- Establishing and maintaining open and honest relationships with clients
n

n

Your experience, skill set and qualifications will include:-

n

n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Experience as a swimming pool service technician or similar will be highly regarded but not required
n
- Trade qualifications will be well regarded but not required
n
- Friendly, social approach
n
- Professionalism and customer service focus
n

n

Location:- Windsor, Brisbane. Northern CBD suburbs of Brisbane client base (majority)
n Position Type:- Permanent Full Time, Permanent Residency required
