Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Property Management team and assist with the efficient day-to-day operation of the portfolio.
n
- Assist with property budgets, monthly and quarterly reporting, invoicing and outgoings reconciliations.
n
- Manage lease administration processes, including maintaining accurate records, preparing documentation and monitoring critical dates.
n
- Support tenant-related administration, including rent reviews, arrears processes and maintaining accurate property records.
n
- Coordinate compliance requirements, contractor and tenant documentation, and statutory reporting obligations.
n
- Liaise with tenants, contractors, clients and internal stakeholders to ensure property operations are delivered efficiently
n
n
Skills and experience required for this role
n
n
- Previous experience in administration, property administration or commercial property.
n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
n
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
n
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
n
- Experience with lease administration or property management systems will be highly regarded.
n
n
