We're looking for a Group Marketing Assistant to join our centralised marketing team based in our Norwest office.

n

This is an ideal entry level opportunity for someone starting out in marketing, recently graduated or currently completing a marketing degree. More than anything, we are looking for the right attitude - someone organised, proactive, positive and ready to learn.

n

You'll work closely with our Property Marketing Manager and support Sales and Leasing teams across the business, helping coordinate campaigns, prepare collateral and keep marketing activity running smoothly.

n

What will your day look like?

n

Supporting the centralised marketing team with day to day tasks

n

Assisting with preparation of marketing collateral, proposals and brochures

n

Supporting social media activity and content scheduling

n

Helping coordinate photography, signboards and campaign materials

n

Keeping listings, websites and digital platforms up to date

n





Assisting with CRM and EDM distribution under guidance

n

Providing reliable support to internal stakeholders

n

We are seeking someone who brings:

n

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

n

Good written and verbal communication skills

n

A genuine interest in marketing and learning new systems

n

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related field completed or in progress are advantageous

n

Experience with Adobe Illustrator, photoshop or similar is highly desirable.

n
