About the Role
n
As our Assistant Centre Manager, you will be an inspiring and knowledgeable leader who thrives in the highly regulated early years environment.
n
Working closely with the Centre Manager, you will:
n
n
- Support the day-to-day operations of the service in line with company policies, National Law and Regulations
n
- Provide leadership, mentoring and support to a team of educators
n
- Model compliance and professional practice aligned with the EYLF and NQS
n
- Build positive relationships with children, families and the wider community
n
- Support quality improvement practices and continuous improvement initiatives
n
- Contribute to the development of our Nature Play and Bush Kindy programs
n
- Foster a positive team culture built on collaboration and accountability
n
n

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
- Current Blue Card
n
- Current Child Protection Certificate
n
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
n
- Leadership experience and/or leadership training (not necessarily within Early Childhood – leadership experience in personal or community settings will be highly regarded)
n
- Experience with administration tasks
n
- Competency using Microsoft Office
n
- Experience using CRM programs (Kidsoft experience highly regarded)
n
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
n
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
n
- Proven ability to lead, mentor and motivate a team
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- Confidence liaising with families, educators and senior management
n
n
