As a Systems Engineer, we'll call on your unique talents, skills, expertise, and experience to:
n
n
- Design, implement, and maintain on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across all systems.
n
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system, network, and application issues, providing escalation support to internal IT teams and stakeholders.
n
- Manage and optimise core services such as Active Directory, Exchange Online, M365, virtualization platforms, backup systems, and identity/security tools.
n
- Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and projects, ensuring minimal disruption and adherence to best-practice standards.
n
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams, procedures, and configuration records, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
n
n
