Job Description

RWE Renewables Australia Pty Ltd invites an experienced Associate Director/Senior Transactions Manager to lead or support project finance and M&A; activities for onshore wind, solar, and battery storage projects in Australia. Based in Melbourne, you will coordinate advisers, investors and financiers from development to financial close.

You will manage diverse teams, build robust valuation models, and steer commercial decisions with a focus on timely delivery and solid stakeholder engagement.
