We're seeking a passionate and experiencedSenior Interior Designerto join our Property team and play a key role in shaping environments that inspire and support our residents and stakeholders. Reporting to theHead of Design Innovation, this role offers the opportunity to lead design initiatives, manage FF&E; and finishes, and contribute to strategic projects across greenfield and brownfield developments.

About The Role:

- Collaborating with internal and external clients to develop and refine design briefs
n
- Resolving design challenges and incorporating feedback
n
- Reviewing documentation for new and existing sites
n
- Detailing joinery, FF&E;, and presentation boards
n
- Presenting designs to residents and stakeholders
n
- Attending project meetings and supporting delivery and fit-out
n
- Contributing to strategic initiatives and business cases
n
- Supporting internal and external design teams
n
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with residents, suppliers, and team members
n

About You:

n

You're a creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a strong eye for detail.



You bring:

n

n
- A tertiary qualification in Interior Design or Architecture
n
- 8+ years of experience in interior design
n
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino or Revit
n
- Excellent organisational and documentation skills
n
- A commitment to environmental sustainability
n
- Strong research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
n
- Confidence in decision-making and influencing across teams
n
- High-level communication skills and workshop facilitation experience
n
