We're looking for a Caravan Park Office Support & Housekeeping All-Rounder to join our team. This is a hands-on role that combines customer service, reception duties and maintaining our park to the highest standard, helping create a welcoming experience for every guest.

About the Role

- Welcoming guests and completing check-ins and check-outs
n
- Answering phone calls, emails and booking enquiries
n
- Assisting with reservations and processing payments
n
- Providing information about the park and local attractions
n
- Assisting guests with enquiries and ensuring exceptional customer service
n
- Cleaning and preparing cabins for arriving guests
n
- Cleaning amenities, bathrooms, kitchens and common areas
n
- Restocking guest amenities and supplies
n
- Help maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming park environment
n

About You

- Friendly, positive and customer-focused

- Reliable with a solid work ethic
n
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
n




- Able to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Comfortable performing both office and cleaning duties
n
- Flexible to work weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods when required
n

n

Previous experience in customer service, reception, housekeeping, hospitality or accommodation is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided for the right person.
