Port Removals PTY LTD is looking for a reliable, hardworking and customer-focused Driver / Removalist to join our growing team in Port Macquarie.

n

We provide professional moving and storage services and are known for delivering a high level of care, efficiency and service to our customers. We are looking for someone who is physically capable, well-presented, punctual, and ready to be part of a team that values professionalism and effort.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys active work, works well with others and understands the importance of looking after customers' belongings as if they were their own.

What you'll be doing

n

In this role, you will be responsible for:

n

- Driving company vehicles safely and responsibly
n
- Loading, unloading and transporting household and commercial goods
n
- Wrapping, protecting and securing furniture and valuables for transport
n
- Assisting with packing, unpacking, dismantling and reassembly where required
n
- Delivering a high level of customer service in office
n
- Completing daily vehicle checks and keeping trucks clean and presentable
n
- Following job instructions, run sheets and safety procedures
n




- Working with the removals crew to complete jobs efficiently and professionally
n

What we're looking for

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

n
- A current and valid truck driver's licence
n
- Truck driving experience
n
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
n
- Good physical fitness and the ability to handle manual work daily
n
- Strong communication skills and a professional manner with customers
n
- Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work well in a team
n
- Care and attention when handling furniture and personal belongings
n
