We are currently seeking experienced HC/MC Truck Drivers with either Walking Floor, Truck & Dog or A Double experience to join a well-established, family-owned waste and recycling company based in Blackstone, Ipswich. This is an excellent prospect for a reliable and safety-focused driver looking for long-term stability, great pay, and the chance to secure a permanent role.

About the Role

n

This role has multiple openings for a variety of different truck types dependant on your license and experience. Choose form the Walking floor or Truck & Dog if you have a HC license, if you have an MC you can also choose the A double Tipper truck. Multiple roles with lots of opportunity for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Operating HC/MC trucks in a variety of roles
n
- Transporting waste and recyclable materials safely and efficiently
n
- Completing approximately 3–4 loads per shift
n




- Conducting daily pre-start and vehicle safety checks
n
- Maintaining a high standard of compliance and professionalism
n
- Working 8 - 12-hour shifts with early morning starts between 4:00am and 5:00am

What We're Looking For Essential

n

n
- Current and unrestricted HC/MC Truck Licence
n
- Demonstrated experience operating a variety of trucks
n
- Australian working rights
n
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance
n
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work long shifts
n
- Willingness to start early and work in a fast-paced environment
n
- Road Ranger Experience is a must
n

- Previous waste, recycling, or bulk haulage experience
