As our business continues to grow nationally, we're looking for an experienced Associate, Technical Services to join our Client & Technical Services team. This is a technical, fast-paced role where you'll work alongside Financial Advisers to transform advice strategies into exceptional client outcomes.

What you'll be doing

n

Working closely with Financial Advisers, you'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality financial advice by:

n

n
- Preparing and coordinating Statements of Advice (SOAs), Records of Advice (ROAs) and supporting documentation.
n
- Managing the implementation of approved advice strategies across superannuation, investments, insurance and pensions.
n
- Liaising with clients, product providers and our onshore and offshore support teams.
n
- Preparing portfolio reports, projections, product comparisons and technical information for Advisers.
n
- Maintaining accurate client records within Xplan, Wealth Central and related systems.
n
- Monitoring workflows to ensure advice is delivered accurately, compliantly and on time.
n
- Supporting Advisers before, during and after client meetings.
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and client outcomes.
n

About you

n





You'll bring experience in financial advice support together with exceptional attention to detail.

n

Ideally you'll have:

n

n
- Experience preparing or supporting SOAs and ROAs.
n
- Experience implementing financial advice recommendations.
n
- Strong understanding of advice workflows and financial services administration.
n
- Experience working with Xplan or similar advice software.
n
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
n
- Strong written communication and document review skills.
n
- A proactive mindset with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement
n

n

Experience within a licensed Australian financial advice business will be highly regarded.
