n We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations & Analytics Manager who possesses a diverse range of skills to suit our infrastructure and property consulting business.
n We are a specialist in property development and infrastructure advisory firm. We specialise in the strategy, planning and delivery of major infrastructure projects and programs. In conjunction with our clients and partners, we deliver important projects across all key property and infrastructure sectors. Our current team has broad expertise, which we have utilised to achieve an exceptional industry reputation.
n Job Responsibilities:

n

n
- You will be required to manage invoicing, budgets, financial reports, financial forecasts, and revenue plans
n
- You will be required to undertake contract reviews, manage conflict of interest, and assist the team with legal approval on contracts
n
- Assist in managing the integration of a new resourcing tool for the Development & Infrastructure team
n
- You will be required to assist, the National Senior Operations manager and National Director with other items as required
n

About You:nn
- A background in bookkeeping or accounting, commerce, economics, business with Degree qualifications
n
- Drive, energy, and a personable nature
n
- A motivated self-starter with initiative,
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Excellent skills in all Microsoft software packages and high attention to detail
n
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a comparable role
n
- An ability to work in the office with flexible hours that meet team requirements
n
- Demonstrated ability to meet crucial deadlines and work under pressure.
n
- Will consider part time for the right candidate.
