About the Role

n

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Educator to guide our Nursery team and help provide exceptional care and learning experiences for our youngest Cherubs.

n

This is a full-time opportunity for a Diploma-qualified educator who enjoys building meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues while creating engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences.

n

Working alongside our Educational Leader and supportive team, you will play an important role in leading the day-to-day operations of the Nursery room,



mentoring team members and fostering a nurturing environment where babies can thrive.

What You'll Bring

n

n
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
n
- Current Working with Children Check
n
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
n
- Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
n
- Strong leadership and communication skills
n
- A genuine passion for high-quality early childhood education and care
n
- The ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
n
