We are now seeking an accomplished Director of Product Management – Transport Solutions to lead our global transport product portfolio and shape the next phase of growth across devices, OEM data, mobile and AI based solutions.

This role offers hybrid working and can be based in Melbourne or Sydney.

Opportunity

n

This is a pivotal leadership role with end‐to‐end global ownership of a diverse and commercially critical product portfolio. You will:

- Set the product vision and roadmap for our transport solutions, grounded in customer insight, market intelligence and data‐driven decision making
n
- Lead, coach and inspire a team of Product Managers and Product Owners in a complex, matrixed, multi‐time‐zone environment
n
- Partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations and external partners to deliver differentiated, market‐leading solutions
n
- Influence senior stakeholders globally and drive accountability against strategic and delivery outcomes
n
- Play a key role in embedding AI and emerging technologies into product execution, prototyping and innovation
n

What You'll Be Responsible For

n

n
- Defining and owning the global product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle for transport solutions
n
- Developing and presenting compelling business cases for major investments, current products and portfolio evolution
n
- Leading financial, usage and engagement KPI performance across the portfolio
n




- Managing hardware and other product costs, pricing strategy and value‐based commercial models
n
- Driving successful go‐to‐market execution, including sales enablement, customer engagement and industry representation
n
- Overseeing product launches, transitions and end‐of‐life strategies
n
- Building a high‐performance, collaborative product culture through coaching, mentoring and capability uplift
n

Qualifications

n

n
- 8+ years' experience as a senior product leader within Enterprise SaaS and IoT hardware, ideally in transport, logistics or telematics or closely adjacent industry
n
- Proven success leading and developing product management teams (5–7+ direct reports)
n
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, financial modelling and portfolio performance management
n
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in global, matrix organisations
n
- Hands‐on familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, SQL, Power BI, Excel and modern AI‐enabled product tooling
n
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Science or Business (MBA highly regarded)
n
- The confidence and credibility to influence at executive level and represent the business externally
n
