Our opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Completed Certificate IIIEducatorsto join our brand-new Childcare Centre on Gympie Road - Strathpine. This is a unique opportunity to have a genuine opportunity to help us build out and deliver programs across various age groups at Brisbane's newest and highest quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning setting.
n
- Build strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and staff.
n
- Observe and document children's progress, ensuring individualised learning plans are in place.
n




- Collaborate with colleagues to continually improve the quality of our educational programs.
n
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
n
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for all.
n
- Assist with open and close procedures as required.
n
- Assist with the continuous improvement of the rooms and centre.
n
- Engage with Centre Management with activities and initiatives.
n

Qualifications and Skills:

n

n
- Completed Certificate III in Early Childhood Education.
n
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates.
n
- Valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
n
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to nurturing a love of learning in children.
n
