The front of house staff are the face of our business. As a waiter/waitress you are expected to be a hands on Supervisor, well groomed at all times, punctual, friendly and have a smile at all times. Your best customer service is a must for our patrons.

Duties:

- Supervisory Leadership is a must
n




- Oversee the front of house operations of the restaurant to ensure seamless and efficient service.
n
- Supervise and motivate staff, fostering a positive work setting.
n
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain high standards.
n
- Take customer orders.
n
- Promoting specials to patrons.
n
- Set up and closing duties.
n
- Cashing up
n

n

About you:

n

n
- Must have bar & coffee making experience
n
- Minimum 2/3 years wait/staff experience with supervisory experience.
n
- A current RSA Certificate.
n
- Availability on weekends is a must.
n
- You have an excellent communication skills.
n
- You are able to perform your duties under pressure with little or no stress.
