Momentum has partnered with a leading organisation within the logistics and supply chain sector. Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse & Inventory Administrator to join their high-performing team based in Wetherill Park.

As a Warehouse & Inventory Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations and inventory management functions.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Managing inventory control and cycle counts
n
- Processing inbound and outbound orders, including delivery paperwork
n
- Booking freight and coordinating deliveries with transport providers
n
- Processing 3PL inbound and outbound transactions
n




- Supporting warehouse operations with reporting, administration, and stock investigations
n
- Assisting with hands-on warehouse duties including inventory and stock counts when required
n

n

About You

n

Previous warehouse, inventory, or logistics administration experience

n

n
- Experience using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
n
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 highly regarded, or willingness to learn
n
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
n
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and hands-on approach to work
n
- Forklift licence highly regarded, or willingness to obtain one
n
