Experienced Machine Operator - Timber Pallet Manufacturing

CMTP is looking for experienced Machine Operators to join our growing Clontarf Site. This isn't a general labouring role, we're looking for mechanically minded people who enjoy operating machinery, solving problems, achieving production targets and continuously improving the way things are done.

n

You'll operate semi-automated timber pallet manufacturing equipment, complete machine changeovers, maintain quality standards and help keep production running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do:

- Operate semi-automated manufacturing equipment
n
- Complete machine setups and product changeovers
n
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues
n
- Perform routine operator maintenance
n
- Monitor product quality and production performance
n
- Contribute to safety and continuous improvement initiatives
n

n

About you:

- Experience operating manufacturing or production machinery
n




- Robust mechanical aptitude
n
- A commitment to safety and quality
n
- A reliable work ethic and positive attitude
n

n

Highly regarded:

n

n
- Experience with automated production equipment
n
- Machine changeovers and setup adjustments
n
- Experience in timber manufacturing or similar industry
n
