About the Role

n

We are immediately seeking a fulltime permanent Service Coordinator to join our Service Team in Truganina, Victoria.

n

Duties will include

n

n
- Assist with the coordinating of the day-to-day operations of the Melbourne service team
n
- Work side by side with the Service Supervisor
n
- Plan and schedule jobs
n
- Liaise with customers & suppliers
n
- Process timesheets
n
- Liaise with Clients
n
- Process supplier invoices
n
- General office duties and administration for these service teams
n
- Assist management with administrative tasks when required
n
- Ensure that work is completed and performed within agreed times a
n




- Coordinate and manage mobilisation for projects and shutdowns.
n
- Collaborate with operations to ensure job ready workforces meet compliance standards which includes managing qualifications, inductions, medicals and training.
n
- Job costing and invoicing upon completion of respective job.
n

About You

n

n
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative role in Service division
n
- Confident handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
n
- Must have experience in records, documentation, financial administration, office support, stakeholder management
n
- Solid organisational and time management skills
n
- Excellent communication skills with customers and internal teams
n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
n
