We're looking for customer service professionals to join our Concrete Dispatch Call Centre team. If you have experience in a call centre and a background in dispatch, logistics, parts, or manufacturing, we'd love to hear from you!

About the Role:

n

As a key member of our dispatch team, you'll be responsible for processing concrete orders, scheduling timely deliveries, and delivering exceptional customer service to our construction clients across Australia.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Handle inbound customer calls and enquiries
n
- Accurately process and manage concrete orders
n
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries with precision
n
- Liaise with internal teams including sales and credit
n
- Perform data entry across multiple software systems
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in real-time
n

n

What You'll Bring:

n

n




- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a call centre environment, preferably within dispatch/logistics/parts/manufacturing
n
- Full working rights in Australia (required)
n
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
n
- High attention to detail/accuracy
n
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
n
- Confidence using various software platforms
n
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with high accuracy
n

Work Hours:

n

n
- Monday-Friday: Rotating shifts between 6:00am-5:30pm
n
- Saturday: Mandatory shift from 6:00am-1:00pm
n

n
