n We're looking for an experiencedSenior Project Manager to lead a large-scale organisational transformation program for one of Australia's leading organisations.
n This prospect will suit someone who has successfully delivered organisation-wide transformation initiatives involving people, technology, operating models and enterprise business change.
n You'll partner with senior executives to plan and deliver a strategic transformation program impacting multiple business functions, systems and operating processes.
n Success in this role requires exceptional stakeholder management, strong governance capability and the confidence to lead complex enterprise initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with executive sponsors to define project scope and delivery approach.
n
- Develop and manage the end-to-end delivery plan.
n
- Coordinate cross-functional business and technology teams.
n
- Manage project governance,



reporting, risks and dependencies.
n
- Drive organisational readiness and successful implementation.
n
- Develop repeatable delivery frameworks and playbooks.
n

- Significant experience leading enterprise transformation programs.

- Proven success delivering organisational change or operating model transformation.
n
- Strong executive stakeholder engagement skills.

- Experience managing large cross-functional project teams.

- Background delivering business and technology initiatives simultaneously.

- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving capability.
