Job Description

Accent Home Care in Victoria is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the Clinical Home Care Team on a full-time or part time basis. The role involves conducting home visits, assessing and prescribing assistive equipment, and developing treatment programs for older adults and their families.

You will collaborate with nursing and allied health staff, liaise with tradespeople for home modifications, and provide goal-based interventions.
