We're not looking for someone to just work our bar. We're looking for someone to run it well — and help bring more people through the door.

Madonna Electric is a Brunswick pizza restaurant with an Italo-Australian soul and a loyal following. We're after an experienced bar professional to take full charge of the bar Thursday–Monday: stock, ordering, recipes, batch systems, and service standards. This is a full time, salaried role for someone looking for a long-term home, not a stopgap.

The Role

- Full charge of bar stock, ordering, and stocktakes
n
- Own recipe and batch consistency, and keep beverage COGS on target
n
- Set the standard for service — happy to jump in when it's busy, not hide behind the bar

- Minimum 2 years' hospitality experience
n
- Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
n
- Know your stock, recipes, and batch systems back to front
n
- Looking for a proper long-term role
n

Nice to have

- Interest in content creation or social media
n
- Familiarity with Square POS
n
