Job Description

- Role: Process Worker ANZSIC CODE 839999
- Classification: Concrete Products Award (Level 2)
- Rate: 55,000 - 65,000 AUD/Year
- Location: Somersby NSW 2250
- Work Schedule: Minimum 38hrs/week Monday- Friday but hours may change for shift work or weekends
- Full-time ongoing position (6 months or more)
- Approximate start date - Late October 2026

- Perform general production and labouring duties in a concrete manufacturing environment. Assist with setting up, cleaning and preparing moulds and work areas.
- Assist with pouring, stripping, finishing and handling concrete products.
- Operate basic tools, equipment and machinery as directed.
- Move materials and finished products using secure manual handling techniques and equipment.




- Carry out basic quality checks and report any defects or issues to the supervisor.
- Clean tools, equipment, moulds and work areas to maintain a safe and tidy workplace.
- Follow all work instructions, safe work procedures and supervisor directions.
- Wear and use the required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Work safely and contribute to maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
- Work as part of a team and assist with different production tasks as required.
- Participate in training and develop skills across production activities.
- Perform other reasonable duties as directed by the employer.
