Join Victor Churchill, one of Australia’s leading premium food brands, as a Full-Time Demi Chef within our central production kitchen in Mascot.

This role is ideal for a passionate chef looking to develop their skills in a professional, fast-paced kitchen while enjoying predominantly weekday daytime hours.

The role

- Prepare and cook dishes to established recipes and culinary standards.

- Work under the guidance of the Head Chef and Sous Chefs.

- Complete mise en place and daily production efficiently and accurately.

- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen organisation.

- Assist across different areas of food production as required.

- Adapt to changing priorities during busy production periods.

About you

- Culinary training or equivalent commercial kitchen experience.

- Strong knife skills and fundamental cooking techniques.

- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.





- Strong organisational and time management skills.

- Excellent attention to detail.

- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Highly regarded:

- Food handling certification.

- À la carte restaurant experience.

- Production or central kitchen experience.

Hours & perks

- Monday to Friday, approximately 6:00am to 3:30pm.

- Some overtime during peak periods, including Christmas and Easter.
