Your opportunity

Due to our continued growth and success, we are currently recruiting a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our office in Maroochydore, QLD. This is a fantastic role for an experienced individual to be part of a high performing and proactive national HR team.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality white-collar candidates for civil construction and infrastructure projects across both FIFO and Metro operations projects on the East Coast
n
- Provide strategic workforce advice to senior leaders, supporting business growth and project delivery.
n
- Partner with Operations and key stakeholders to forecast workforce requirements based on current and upcoming project pipelines.
n
- Build and maintain workforce plans that align recruitment activity with project mobilisation schedules, ramp-ups, and demobilisations.
n
- Develop talent pipelines for key engineering, supervision, and project management roles to support future growth.
n
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including direct sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, Referrals, Advertising, Industry networks, Recruitment agencies, and networks
n
- Input knowledge into labour market trends, competitor activity, remuneration benchmarks, and candidate availability to inform recruitment strategies.
n
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to streamline recruitment processes, improve candidate experience, and increase hiring efficiency.

ABOUT YOU
n
n
- Proven experience in a Senior/Lead Talent acquisition role within the Civil construction, Mining, Infrastructure, Engineering, or Resource related industry.
n
- Strong workforce planning and forecasting capability, with experience aligning recruitment strategies to project pipelines
n
- Ability to build trusted relationships with operational leaders and influence workforce decisions at all levels of the business.
n
- Strong sourcing skills and the ability to build proactive talent pipelines for critical and difficult-to-fill roles.
n
- Highly organised, adaptable, and able to prioritise competing deadlines while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.
n
