What you'll be doing

n

You'll take ownership of site operations, working closely with the Project Manager to deliver projects safely, on time and on budget.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Leading crews, subcontractors and plant operators on site
n
- Planning and coordinating daily works to maximise productivity
n
- Maintaining a strong safety culture and ensuring HSEQ compliance
n
- Monitoring project progress, quality and programme
n
- Managing labour, plant and resources efficiently
n
- Completing daily reporting and site documentation
n
- Building positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
n




- Identifying and resolving issues before they impact delivery
n

What you'll bring

n

You'll be an experienced civil construction Supervisor who enjoys leading people and delivering quality outcomes.

n

You'll have:

n
- Local to the Mackay Region essential
n
- Proven experience supervising civil construction projects
n
- Strong leadership and communication skills
n
- The ability to manage crews, subcontractors and site activities
n
- A proactive approach to safety, planning and problem solving
n
- Experience working to project schedules and budgets
n
