Grey Street Anaesthetic Group (GSAG) is a highly respected specialist anaesthetic practice supporting patients, surgeons, hospitals and specialist anaesthetists across metropolitan Melbourne.

We are looking for an experienced and organised Patient Services Coordinator to join our collaborative administration team in East Melbourne.

n

About the Role

n

You will play an important role in coordinating specialist anaesthetic services and ensuring theatre schedules, patient communications and administrative processes run smoothly.

n

- Coordinating daily theatre bookings and specialist schedules
n
- Liaising with patients, surgeons' rooms, hospitals and anaesthetists
n
- Managing telephone and email enquiries professionally
n
- Maintaining accurate calendars, booking systems and patient records
n
- Responding to schedule changes and competing priorities
n
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice
n

About You

n

n
- Experience in medical administration, specialist practice or healthcare
n
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
n




- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
- A warm, professional communication style
n
- The ability to remain calm in a busy environment
n
- Confidence using medical software and Microsoft Office
n
- Experience coordinating theatre bookings or specialist appointments will be highly regarded.
