Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the harvesting of specialty leaves, ensuring quality and freshness.

- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow during peak harvesting seasons.

- Participate in planting, caring for, and monitoring crops to ensure optimal growth.

- Follow safety and quality protocols to maintain farm standards.

- Be open to learning new techniques and methods in sustainable agriculture & basic record keeping

Qualifications
