What you'll do
n
n
- Provide high-quality administrative and system support for the Surgery Connect program by accurately inputting, updating and retrieving data within the Surgery Connect database.
n
- Maintain a strong understanding of relevant systems, processes and policies; action user access requests; and provide support to system administrators.
n
- Build positive relationships, identify customer needs, and deliver responsive services aligned with policy requirements.
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement by challenging existing administrative practices and implementing innovative business process enhancements.
n
- Manage and escalated complaints as required, provide solutions that achieve positive outcomes, prioritise and coordinate administrative activities to support the program's strategic objectives, and undertake other duties as directed.
n

About you
n
n
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of medical terminology used to deliver patient-centred activities would be highly regarded.
n
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with database utilisation and patient management systems.
n
- Experience, skills and knowledge of departmental financial and administrative processes, with a proven ability to actively participate in business improvement initiatives that deliver more efficient work practices.
n
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a range of activities and projects with conflicting timeframes.
n
- Provide general administrative support functions across the team that contributes to organisational goals and objectives.
n
