Account Director - Strategic Communication & Public Relations

As our agency continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced communication professional who is ready to step into a senior client / account management role.

n

Whether you're already an Account Director or an ambitious Senior Account Manager ready for your next move, this is an opportunity to lead major client relationships while helping develop the next generation of consultants.

n

You'll work alongside an experienced leadership team, providing strategic communication advice across corporate communications, media relations, stakeholder engagement, digital communications and issues management.

n

You'll be responsible for:

n

Leading a portfolio of clients across diverse sectors

n

Providing trusted strategic advice to senior executives

n

Leading integrated communication campaigns

n

Mentoring and developing consultants and account managers

n





Managing commercial performance including budgets, scopes and profitability

n

Contributing to agency growth and new business opportunities

n

You'll bring:

n

At least five years' experience in a PR or communication agency or similar

n

Strong strategic thinking and writing ability

n

Experience leading integrated communication programs

n

Confidence advising senior stakeholders

n

A collaborative leadership style

n

Commercial awareness and experience managing project budgets

n

Experience in government, property, franchise, NFP, health, manufacturing or agribusiness will be highly regarded.
