We're looking for a progressive, creative and people-focused Training, Development & E-Learning Lead to drive learning, capability development and digital training initiatives across the firm.

n

This is a unique chance for someone who combines learning and development expertise with technical, creative and people-focused skills. You'll help design and deliver training programs, build engaging e-learning content, create videos and learning resources, and support professional development across the organisation.

n

Most importantly, we're looking for the right person. We're open to full-time or part-time arrangements, as well as hybrid working, for someone who will be a great fit for our culture and team.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead training, development and e-learning initiatives across the firm.
n
- Design and deliver engaging learning programs and professional development opportunities.
n
- Create and maintain e-learning modules through Employment Hero Learning and other platforms.
n
- Produce training videos, digital learning resources and educational content.
n
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to learning programs.
n
- Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and capability gaps.

- Support onboarding, compliance training and career development initiatives.
n
- Measure and improve learning outcomes, engagement and participation.
n
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development across the firm.
n

You might be an experienced L&D; professional, an HR practitioner with a passion for capability development, a digital content creator interested in education and training, or someone with technical expertise who enjoys helping others learn and grow.

Ideally You'll Bring

n

n
- Experience in Learning & Development, training, education or capability building.
n
- An understanding of adult learning principles,



instructional design and effective learning methodologies.
n
- Experience creating training materials, e-learning modules or digital learning content.
n
- Strong video editing, content creation or multimedia skills.
n
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Employment Hero Learning or similar platforms.
n
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
n
- A creative, innovative and solutions-focused mindset.
n
- A genuine passion for helping people learn, develop and perform at their best.
n
- An interest in social justice and contributing to a purpose-driven organisation.

- Experience within HR or People & Culture teams.
n
- Exposure to onboarding, employee engagement, performance and development frameworks.
n
- Experience with payroll, HR systems, reporting or process improvement initiatives.
n
- Experience producing professional video, animation or digital communications content.
n
- Experience in professional services, legal, accounting or corporate environments.
