Workfast is seeking experienced Crane Operator to join an upcoming shutdown project on a power plant located in Chinchilla.

n

This is a great chance to secure consistent hours on a well-structured shutdown with accommodation provided.

Shutdown Details

- Location: Chinchilla QLD
n
- Project: Power Plant Shutdown
n
- Duration: 3 - 4 weeks, Starting Immediately
n
- Shifts: 12-14 hour shifts
n
- Accommodation: Provided
n

About the Role

n

n
- Operating of Gantry and Crawler Cranes
n
- Carrying out rigging and dogging duties to support lifting operations
n
- Safely moving heavy equipment and materials across site
n
- Supporting site setup, shutdown activities, and inspections
n
- Maintaining strict adherence to all safety procedures and protocols
n

n





Requirements

n

n
- Vail Crane License
n
- Valid Intermediate or Advanced Rigger Ticket
n
- Current White Card, EWP, Working at Heights
n
- Previous shutdown or similar project experience
n
- Strong commitment to workplace health & safety
n
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
n
