Job Description

GrainCorp in Burren Junction is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to report to the Site Manager and lead a team of Grain Handlers in protected receipt, storage and outload of grain by road and rail.

You will coordinate daily workflow, develop relationships with growers and customers, assist with budget planning and KPI targets, support maintenance and safety programs, and supervise a large seasonal workforce across multiple sites.
