The Queensland construction market remains busy, and several of our long-standing clients are continuing to secure significant project wins across the commercial, health, education, industrial, mixed-use and high-rise residential sectors.
n As a result, we are currently seeking Contract Administrators at all levels, from Junior and Intermediate CAs through to experienced Senior Contract Administrators looking for their next challenge.

Responsibilities

n

Depending on your level of experience, you may be involved in:

n





n
- Letting and managing subcontract packages
n
- Procurement and scope preparation
n
- Progress claims and payment assessments
n
- Variations, EOTs and cost reporting
n
- Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and project delivery teams
n
- Assisting in maintaining project budgets and commercial performance
n

n

About You

n

n
- Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction
n
- Exposure to commercial, industrial, education, health or residential projects
n
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred
n

n
