The Role

We're looking for a security-focused Solution Specialist who can join our client and engage with customers, understand their risks and challenges, and shape practical solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.

This role blends customer engagement, solution design, and technical delivery, with a strong emphasis on cloud security and identity.

What You'll Be Doing

n

Customer Engagement & Discovery (Primary Focus)

n

n
- Work with customers to uncover security risks, gaps, and priorities
n
- Lead conversations that go beyond tools — focusing on business impact and risk
n
- Translate challenges into clear, actionable solution approaches
n
- Design security solutions across Azure and Microsoft security stack
n
- Support proposals and early-stage engagements
n
- Explain complex security concepts in a simple, business-friendly way
n

Delivery & Technical Oversight

n

n
- Provide guidance to delivery teams on security implementations
n
- Ensure solutions are realistic, scalable, and aligned to best practices
n
- Stay close to hands‐on work where required
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n




- Strong experience in Azure security, cloud security, or identity (IAM)
n
- Background in technical delivery, engineering, or consulting roles
n
- Ability to engage customers and break down complex problems
n
- Robust communication skills — able to bridge business and technical teams
n

n

Must Have

n

n
- Experience with Microsoft security tools (Defender, Sentinel, Entra ID, etc.)
n
- Exposure to security frameworks or compliance environments
n
- Microsoft certifications or partner experience
n
