Permanent night shifts are currently available at this facility.

Role & Responsibilities

- Actively promote Anglican Care's positive culture through interactions with residents, staff and their families
n
- Consistent delivery of person centered care to residents in our facilities
n
- Observe confidentiality matters at all times associated with documentation and communications
n
- Abide by Aged Care Standards
n
- Work as an effective team member
n
n
About you?
n
n
- Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, or 2nd/3rd Yr RN student
n
- Current First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement) or willing to obtain
n
- An ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team
n
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
n
- Ability to accurately document residents care/progress
n
n
