Are you an experienced Medical Receptionist or Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment? Do you have a passion for exceptional customer service and an interest in dermatology, cosmetic medicine, and skin health?

We're growing and are looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated Medical Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. This role will primarily be based at our North Lakes clinic, with opportunities to work across our Brisbane location as part of a supportive and collaborative team.

About the role
n
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. You'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of our busy specialist practice.
n
This is a permanent part-time position, working approximately 50 hours per fortnight. The role is primarily based at our North Lakes clinic,
with the flexibility to work across our Newstead clinic when required.
n
This position includes participation in a rotating roster, including late nights and Saturdays.
n
What we're looking for
n
We're seeking someone who is positive, organised, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a busy team.
n
Ideally, you'll bring:
n
n
- Previous experience in medical reception or specialist medical administration (highly regarded but not essential)
n
- Experience in dermatology, skin medicine, plastic surgery, or cosmetic medicine (desirable but not essential)
n
- Outstanding customer service and patient care skills
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
n
- A professional, friendly, and welcoming approach
n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- Flexibility to work late nights and Saturdays on a rotating roster
n
- The ability to travel between our North Lakes, Newstead, and Manly clinics as required
n
