The Role

- Part-time or full time opportunity
n
- Monday to Friday only (approx. 8:30am – 5:30pm)
n
- No weekends. No after-hours.
n

About You

n

You are caring, capable, and take pride in delivering high-quality care. Ideally, you will have experience in:

n

n
- Chronic Disease Management Plans & Health Assessments
n
- Immunisations
n
- Travel medicine knowledge (desirable)
n
- Best Practice software (desirable)
n

n

Essential Skills & Experience

n

n
- Previous experience as a GP Practice Nurse
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Wound management
n
- Assisting with minor procedures
n
- Patient triage
n
- Recalls and reminders
n

n
